Location

Shepton Mallet is a small rural town and civil parish in the Mendip district of Somerset, England. The town is approximately 18 mi (29 km) south of Bristol and 5 mi (8.0 km) east of Wells. The Mendip Hills lie to the north, and the River Sheppey runs through the town.
The town has a population of 8,981.
There are several primary schools within Shepton Mallet. Education for 11-16 year olds is provided by Whitstone Technology College.

Travel by Car and Parking
Please refer to the map above for local driving directions. The treatment centre is signposted with Hospital signs in the vicinity. If you are using a sat nav device to plan your route, please use the following postcode: BA4 4PG.

Car parking is provided adjacent to the main entrance of the treatment centre. Multiple disabled bays are also located adjacent to the main entrance to the treatment centre.

There are also drop-off spaces available outside the main entrance. There is no charge for parking at the treatment centre. Please bear in mind that on busy days parking spaces may be limited.

Travel by Bus
The number 776 bus service stops outside the Community Hospital, which is on the same site as Shepton Mallet NHS Treatment Centre.
